Program Educational Objectives

PEO-1: To prepare the students to excel as Fire/Safety officers in industries through global education.
PEO-2: To advance the scientific knowledge of students by providing the basic foundation in mathematical, scientific and engineering fundamentals related to fire technology and safety so as to investigate, analyze and design solutions for complex engineering or real-life problems.
PEO-3: To enable students to acquire the knowledge of modern tools, techniques, skills and engineering practices, necessary for engineering work and life-long learning.
PEO-4: To disseminate technical information through conferences, exhibitions, industrial visits and pursuing higher studies in the relevant fields.
PEO-5: To inculcate in students the leadership qualities, problem-solving approach using analytical abilities, moral values, professional and ethical attitude, effective communication and teamwork skills, multidisciplinary approach and responsibility in social and environmental contexts.
